Class Work
*Reading– Please work with your child on color words, rhyming, and identifying letters Aa-Mm. These are concepts we have been working on. We are beginning our 2nd unit, Patterns. This week students will be identifying the letters Nn, Oo, Pp, Qq, and Rr. Students will need to read The Zoo on Tuesday night and Colors on Thursday night. If you see your child is really struggling with these books let me know. Thank you!

*Religion– Gifts from the Tabernacle- Exodus 35-36
*Memory– Luther’s Morning Prayer (1st Part)
I thank you my heavenly Father, through Jesus Christ, Your dear Son, that You have kept me this night from all harm and danger;
*Math- Students will be acting out story problems, identifying ordinal position to fourth, covering designs using pattern blocks, and identifying squares and triangles. Thursday students will be assessed over the numbers 0-10. We have been working on identifying numbers 0-20. Please work on these with your child. Monday- Parent Activity will be due on Tuesday.
*Science – Apples
*Social Studies- Johnny Appleseed

Brock Hackman will have snacks this week and will be the star of the week.
Colton Hallow will have snacks next week and will be the star of the week. Please bring pictures.

Thank you to everyone who went on the field trip!
Our class will be doing activities this week related to Johnny Appleseed and apples.
