Class Work
*Reading– Students will be learning the short e like in jet and hen, q, and y sounds this week. Students are doing a much better job in blending , we will be working on long vowels during blending this week. We will also be reading stories about Teamwork. Decodable on Friday.

*Math- Students will be learning about subtraction. Math homework is Wednesday!

Kelis East will have snacks and drinks this week.
Hudson Fritz will have snacks and drinks next week.
News
The theme of our Kindergarten Basket for the auction on March 10 is a kitchen basket. If anyone would like to help organize the basket please let me know. In the past we have done a cookbook for the basket, if you would like to send in recipes I will need them by February 17.
