Fifth grade DARE students may choose to participate in an opportunity to win a prize.  Contestants make an original, creative video (2 minutes or less) about what he or she wishes for Christmas and why LuckyKatTV should make it come true.  Upload the video at www.LuckyKatTV.com.  The winning video will be broadcast on TV from 12/23 to 1/15.  Entries must be received by midnight on December 19 to qualify.
