This year there will be a new series for 5th grade science called Science Fusion.  The textbook is an interactive workbook in which students will read, write, and interact with activities in the book.  The series is inquiry based meaning that there will be many hands on activities.  I have collected many of the supplies needed for these activities. However, there are some supplies that are still needed and I am hoping that the 5th grade parents would be willing to supply some of the necessary things needed for these lab activities.  A list is provided below and any items that you would be willing to donate would be greatly appreciated.  The items can be sent to school during parent meetings or during the first week of school.

Items needed:

16 ounce containers with lids, 4 spray bottles, zip top bags (sandwich, quart, or gallon), one package of 16 ounce clear plastic cups, one package of plastic spoons, 2 rolls of paper towels, one package of paper plates, one roll of duct tape, one bottle of glycerin, one bottle of light corn syrup
