Grade Two is to make a Land and Water booklet for their Unit three project.

This booklet is to include:  Tell the meaning of landform, hill, plain, valley, mountain, island, peninsula, river, lake, gulf, and what the Great Lakes are.  Students are asked to show/tell about these different kinds of land and water.  The students may put more than one landform on a page.  The students may draw pictures or use picture from a magazine.  Make sure the booklet has a cover with a title.  Make sure your student puts his/her name on the booklet.  Be creative and make sure the the aforementioned land and water forms are included in the booklet.  If you need paper of any type, please send a note and I will see to it that you get a supply.  This project is due on December 18th.  It may be turned in earlier.
