Class Work
*Reading– Students will be learning to identify the letters Ss, Tt, Uu, and Vv. Please work on these with your child at home. Tuesday- Read Decodable Shapes and Thursday- Read Decodable Animal Tracks
* Word Wall Words (star words) this week- I, see (Please review)
*Religion– Joshua Leads the children of Israel- Joshua 3-4
*Memory– Luther’s Morning Prayer (2nd Part)
And I pray that You would keep me this day also from sin and every evil, that all my doing and life may please You.
*Math- Students will naming a shape, color and size; AB, ABB, BBA Pattern, Writing numbers. Students will have math homework on Wednesday.
*Science – Fall
*Social Studies- Roles and Rules; Phone Number (Please work on with your child) Students will recite their number on Friday.

Friday– Recite Phone Numbers to the Class; Gym
Snacks and Drinks
Sage Key will have snacks and drinks this week and will be the star of the week.
Carson Darlage will have snacks and drinks next week and will be the star of the week. Please bring pictures.

Remember to return chili supper donations.
Don’t forget permission slips for the October 8 field trip.
Thank you to my mother-in-law, Janet Klosterman, for helping us make applesauce on Friday. It was a great ending activity to our Johnny Appleseed unit. Each child should have gotten a bowl of applesauce.
