Eighth graders are reminded to return their medical form, emergency card, music/choir selection form, Shepherd Staff form, and verification form to Mrs. Isaacs on Tuesday, August 17.  Also remember that this is chapel day.  Please dress appropriately and don't forget your chapel offering.
