Class Work
*Reading– Students are finishing a reading unit on Friends. We will be watching Toy Story on Monday as a culminating activity and discussing how the movie shows friendship. We will begin a unit on the sea. Students will be learning the /h/ and /t/ sounds this week. Thursday students will be reading A Hat.

*Religion– Reviewing
*Memory– Bible Verse- The Lord will watch over your coming and going. Psalm 121:8
*Math- Students will be writing and identifying the numbers 6 to 10. Math homework will be on Wednesday.
*Science- Plants and Animals; Experiments with play dough, kicking and throwing a ball
*Social Studies- Respect; Thanksgiving History

Thursday– Show and Tell-Bring something you are thankful for or an ocean item
Friday- Gym; Report Cards- We have not covered all of the concepts on the card; Also return the Dairy Queen envelopes when the prize has been redeemed and with the report card when you have signed it.
Snacks and Drinks
Chandler Stahl will have snacks and drinks this week and be the star of the week.
Mrs. McElfresh will have snacks and drinks next week and be the star of the week.
News
Thank you for all of your help with Grandparent’s Day. It was enjoyed by everyone!
As the weather gets colder, students will still go out to recess. The only time we do not go out is if it is below 32 degrees or snow/rain. Please send appropriate attire when that time comes.
