Social Studies: Work on Unit Four. Remember the Unit project is due on February 7.
Unit Project: (There are two options.)
Option One
Write a narrative paragraph about the important events in your life. Make sure you have a main idea sentence with details as well as supporting sentence(s) for each detail.
Option Two
Write a journal entry from the point of view of a person who lived at a different time in our country’s history. (Prior to the year 2000) Choose an explorer, a president, or other important personality. Research this person and then pretend you are that person and write a journal entry for a day in that person’s life. The journal entry should be one paragraph. Make sure you pretend to be that person as you write.

**For Art class on Feb. 6th we need the following items, if you have them to donate. Red foil or wrapping paper, ribbon, lace, rickrack, fabric scraps (Valentine themed), flower catalogs, any heart themed paper or stickers. Please don’t buy anything—just if you have something you don’t mind letting us have to use. Thanks!!!
