Class Work
*Reading– Students will be learning the /n/ and /l/ sound this week. Please bring in a grocery ad by Wednesday. We will be reading Nan and Lad on Friday.
* Word Wall Words (star words) this week- as, have
*Religion– Advent; Angel’s Announcement- Luke 1
*Memory– Away in a manger no crib for a bed, the little Lord Jesus, laid down His sweet head, the stars in the sky looked down where He lay, The little Lord Jesus Asleep on the hay.
*Math- Students will be learning to read and write the number 10, to order numbers on a number line, problem solving to make a graph. Students will be tested at the end of this week on recognizing and writing the numbers 6 to 10, making graphs, and number lines. Wednesday night homework page.
*Science- Lab Experiments- Water Erosion and Play Dough
*Social Studies- Our Country and Community

Remember to send in a Christmas ornament with your child that will be returned after our Christmas party.
We will be working on Christmas songs the next several weeks. If your child is in a Christmas program at your church, please let me know their parts and songs. We will practice at school!
