100th Day Project
Our 100th day will be on Monday, January 25th, providing we do not have any more snow days. For this day, students will create a poster displaying 100 items. Small, inexpensive objects that can be easily glued will work best. Here are some ideas: pom poms, buttons, googly eyes, gum wrappers, sequins, hair bands, stickers. Please don’t feel limited by these ideas. The craft section is a great place to look for ideas.
Students need to glue the objects in rows of ten. They need number each object on the poster board. The project needs to be brought to school by Monday, January 25th. Projects may be brought in early. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
We will also make a snack of 100s. Each student needs to bring 100 of something to put in our trail mix. (Ex: 100 nuts, 100 pretzels, 100 chocolate chips, etc.) We will put all of the goodies together to make a trail mix.
