Unit Four Social Studies project requirements:
People throughout the world wear costumes to celebrate many holidays or special days. Each student is to choose a holiday/special day that interests them. Help your child do research about that holiday/special day. Think of a good mask or hat that one could wear to celebrate the day. Use craft materials or materials you have on hand to create a mask or hat. The project should reflect what the holiday/special day is about. The students are to bring their masks or hats to wear. They will tell the class what they have learned about the holiday/special day. The project is due January 30th. We will have a holiday parade on January 30th.
