News and Notes
· Just a reminder that any homework we put in the red homework folder should stay in there until it is collected. Anything that can stay at home will be put in the green take home folder.
· Students received a small “Table Talk” notebook last week. They will use these notebooks to share with you what they are learning and doing at school. Students may sometimes be asked to tell someone about a specific topic; other times I will have them share a new word or fact they learned that day. These will be kept in the zippered pouches of our binders. If “Table Talk” is listed as an assignment, students need to simply share what they wrote that day with a family member.
· Grade Reviews will come home on Friday. Please sign and return by next Friday (the 24th).
· If you would like your son or daughter to begin staying for help session, please let me know.
· We will begin working on our bedroom maps today. Students will have time in class Monday and Tuesday; the remainder will need to be completed at home. Maps are due on Friday. Please re-read the direction sheet to make sure you have completed all the steps.
