Please remind your child on Monday mornings if they went to church or Sunday school on Sundays. I will ask them each Monday morning. If they go on Wednesday please send a note.
We began going to our school library on Wednesday. Each student gets to check out 2 books and we will return them the following Wednesday.
Our class is blessed to have a new student, Emma Brelage and Hannah Napier. Welcome to Emma, Hannah, and their families!! You will be getting a revised baptismal party schedule and snack/drink schedule.
Some students do need rest time and others are very fidgety during rest time. I have decided to let students bring a book from home to read or look at during rest time if they want.
Please send in the party forms if you have not done so. Also money for the Windy City Players needs to be turned in order for students to participate in the play. The performance will be on September 16.
Amy Weaver, our school counselor, will be at our school every Tuesday from 9-1. If you would like her to see your child for any reason please let me know. If I feel that your child would benefit I will let you know that also. She is excellent with helping students with any issue that they may face both at home and in the classroom.
