Lutheran Central Grade Two
Supply List for 2011-2012 School Year
- One inch three-ring binder with pockets (for writing)
- 50 sheets of loose-leaf lined paper (put this in the binder)
- Spiral notebook (for working word problems in math)
- Pocket folder (left inside pocket labeled “bring back to school” right inside pocket labeled “leave at home”)
- Two additional pocket folders to be used at school
- 24 pack of crayons
- 10-15 pack of colored pencils
- 4 red pencils with eraser for proofreading (I will store the extra ones at school.)
- 12 Ticonderoga plain No. 2 yellow pencils--Pencils with foil or paper covering are bad for our pencil sharpener—what I have requested is a very good pencil and I appreciate your purchasing them, if possible. (I will store the extras.)
- 1 large eraser
- Elmer’s glue, 3 glue sticks (I will store extra glue sticks)
- Scissors
- Pencil/art box-cigar box size (for keeping crayons, scissors, glue etc. organized)
- Two boxes of Kleenex (I store them in the room.)
- Two low odor dry erase markers--black
- Backpack
- Six stamped business sized, lined (four lines for return address and three lines for mailing address) envelopes for shut-in pen pals
- One package Post-Its Small squares—2 7/8 “ x 2 7/8 “ (any color) These will be used with literacy groups.
- One poster board-fold, staple on two sides, write child’s name and grade This will be used for an art portfolio.
