Monday: Serve on another in love. Galatians 5:13
Tuesday: Jesus said, “Do this to remember Me.” 1 Corinthians 11:24
Wednesday: Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor Me. Psalm 50:15
Thursday: Christ died for our sins. 1 Corinthians 15:3
Reading: We will review long u and short u this week. We will read Flowers and “Flowers at Night.” This week’s vocabulary words are petals and bright. We will be working on antonyms.
Monday: Leveled Reader sent home
Tuesday: Read Flowers.
Wednesday: Decodable 105
Thursday: Reread Flowers and “Flowers at Night”
Friday: Test
Spelling:

Math: We will finish Topic 12. There will be a test on Wednesday. We will begin Topic 13 Money. Students will be learning the values of the coins and how to count mixed groups of coins. Practice at home by having them count the coins in your pocket!

Tuesday: Lesson 12-8 and Rocket Math
Wednesday: Test in class and Rocket Math
Thursday: Lesson 13-1 and Rocket Math
Friday: Lesson 13-2 in class
Science: We will finish our chapter on food chains. There will not be a test over this chapter. We will begin Chapter 6 Land, Air, and Water. Students will be learning about rocks, soils, and natural resources.
Special Announcements
*We will not be able to use the computer lab this week due to ISTEP testing. Students will have some opportunities to take AR tests in the classroom during the week. Please limit their tests to two this week. Thank you.
*Mark your calendars! The Fine Arts Fair is Thursday, May 12th.
*Help session will be on Tuesday this week and Monday next week (April 18th).
