Class Work
*Reading– Students will be learning the short a sound this week like in hat. They will be reviewing the d, p, s, and m sounds. Please continue to work on these sounds this week along with writing them. If you need extra activities please let me know. Students will be reading We Carry on Monday night, In the Park on Wednesday night, and Sam & Pam on Friday night. Remember to keep the decodables for practice. Also our class will be doing a play on Friday in the classroom. The play is coming home on Monday. Girls will need to practice the mouse part and the boys will need to practice the lion part. Please return the play on Friday so students can use it.

*Math- Students will be counting pennies, identifying patterns, using a balance and comparing weight. Please continue to work on counting pennies and identifying numbers.

Thursday– Show and Tell- Bring something that begins with a “d” or “p”; Picture Retake
Friday- Baptismal Birthday Party- Liam, Hannah, and Mallory; Harvest Dinner & Dance
Snacks and Drinks
Hannah Stahl will have snacks and drinks this week and be the star of the week.

If you would like tickets to the Harvest Dance and Thanksgiving Meal on Friday night please contact the office.
The tree in memory of Grace will be planted on Tuesday at 2:30 with a balloon launch to follow. Please continue to keep the Scarlett family in your prayers.
Grandparent’s Day is November 13 from 8:30 to after lunch. We will go to chapel, do activities, and eat lunch. There will be a sign-up form coming soon.
I am looking for empty toilet paper rolls and empty coffee cans with the lid for reading activities. If you have any please send those in as you have them. Thank you!
We are need of more clorox wipes or baby wipes. Students wipe their rest mats down each day as well as wiping off the tables. Thank you for your support!
