Religion-The Ten Commandments and The Golden Calf QUIZ over Unit Two on FRIDAY
Memory: For 9/30/08 Study-The Fifth Commandment Thou shalt not kill. The Sixth Commandment-Thou shalt not commit adultery. The Seventh Commandment-Thou shalt not steal.
For 10/01/08 Study-The Eighth Commandment Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor.
For 10/02/08 Study- The Ninth Commandment Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's house.
For 10/03/08 Study-Thou shalt not covet thy neighbor's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservat, nor his cattle, nor anything that is thy neighbor's.

Science-Quiz over chapter 3 on October 3rd.
Social Studies-For Wednesday, October 8th: Children make a safety poster for their favorite sport. Include a hand drawn or magazine pic of the sport. A complete sentence should tell a safety rule for the sport as well.
Service Project: We are putting a basket together for the Camp Lakeview Auction. This needs to be finished by the end of October. I am open to suggestions regarding what type of basket we want to do.
NWEA Testing will be on Oct. 23 a.m. and p.m. and Oct. 24-a.m. only.
Snappy Tomato Challenge went home on Friday, September 26th. Please encourage your child to participate! Awards are given on Awards Day for meeting the goal. Everyone can and should get an award that day. It will take encouragement and help on your part, but it can be done!
