Thursday: Proofs I see sufficient of it:’Tis a true and faithful Word.
Math- Students will learn to identify halves, thirds, sixths; use comparison symbols (<,>,=) , and review problem solving this week. Students will have a fact test on Thursday and a written assessment on Friday.

First Grade News
*Chapel will be on Wednesday this week since it is Ash Wednesday. Chapel will also be on Wednesday the following week for National Lutheran Schools Week. We will be going to Trinity Lutheran High School. Students are still asked to dress in chapel clothes.
*Friday is a baptismal party for Jaeger Blair, Jacob Nierman, and Joseph Striegel.
*Report Cards will be handed out on Friday.
*Our school auction is on Saturday, February 28. Please come for a fun evening to help raise money for a new playground. Tickets are available in the office.
*Friday was Brittany Wehmiller’s last day working in our classroom. Brittany is senior at BCHS and has been in our room for 2 hours daily since August. The students enjoyed having Brittany in our class. Our class is blessed to have a cadet teacher for the 3rd trimester. Ashley Allen, a senior at BCHS, will be helping in our classroom an hour each day until May.
