News and Notes
· Thank you to everyone who sent in treats for our Reformation Celebration last week.
· The trimester ends next Friday (the 11th). I realize students have not had much of an opportunity to bring up their science grade. If students would like to do an extra credit research project on a famous scientist, they may write me a short note explaining what they would like to do. These proposals need to be given to me by Thursday (11/3) and projects will be due 11/10.
· This week and next week we will have Spirit Days to support the 8th grade basketball teams as they prepare for their first tournaments.
o 11/2—Pajama Day
o 11/3—Hawaiian Day
o 11/4—Red, White, and Blue Day
o 11/9—Sports Team Shirt Day
o 11/10—Hats, Sunglass, and Flip-Flops Day
o 11/11—Red, White, and Blue Day
· Information on the next Social Studies Unit Project will be coming home soon.
