The Third Commandment Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
What does this mean? We should fear and love God so that we do not despise preaching and His word, but hold it sacred and gladly hear and learn it.

1st and 2nd Corinthians, Galatians, and Ephesians
Philippians, Colossians, 1st and 2nd Thessalonians
1st and 2nd Timothy, Titus, and Philemon
Hebrews and the book of James, 1st and 2nd Peter
1st and 2nd and 3rd John, Jude, and Revelation

Due Thursday, 10/6
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord and giver of Life,
Who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
Who with the Father and Son is worshipped and glorified,
Who spoke by the prophets.

Due Friday, 10/7
Guide Me, O Thou Great Redeemer (LSB 918, v. 1)
Guide me, O Thou great Redeemer,
Pilgrim through this barren land.

Hold me with Thy pow’rful hand.
Bread of heaven, bread of heaven,
Feed me till I want no more; Feed me till I want no more.
